Participation in any safari experience with Infinite Safaris Africa inherently carries certain risks. It is important to note that Infinite Safaris Africa does not insure any client against such inherent risks. Accordingly, upon arrival at our facilities, each client will be required to sign our standard Release of Liability & Waiver of Legal Rights form, acknowledging their understanding and acceptance of these risks.

In the event of a force majeure occurrence, all deposits received from the client will be refunded, with the exception of any unrecoverable costs already incurred by Infinite Safaris Africa in preparation for the safari. Please be advised that all quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our direct control, such as unforeseen fluctuations in operational costs or market conditions.

All rates for our safaris are quoted and denominated in United States Dollars (US$).

Clients should be aware that any day spent traveling between different states or hunting areas during a safari will be considered a full paying hunting day for both hunters and observers. Infinite Safaris Africa will pre-determine and confirm all ground transport costs by vehicle between airports and hunting areas at the time of booking the safari. Should a client wish to arrange for air travel between areas during a safari, they will be responsible for their own airfare, as well as the airfare for one professional hunter and one skinner required to accompany them.

It is important to note that a Value Added Tax (VAT), currently at 15%, is included in all nightly rates and ground transport fees. However, trophy fees are exempt from this government VAT if the hunted animal is subsequently exported from the country. Clients are advised that VAT paid on rates or transportation cannot be reclaimed at the airport, as it is classified as a service provided.

Infinite Safaris Africa explicitly states that it accepts no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any illness, accident, claim, or loss whatsoever nature that may arise during or after the safari. We strongly advise all clients to secure their own comprehensive medical, travel, and cancellation insurance coverage prior to their departure.
